Android Reader Manager App Now Handles 100 Authorized Keys:
The Reader Manager mobile app version 1.30 (Android) is able to support Reader Technicians with up to 100 keys authorized to their account across organizations.The Reader Manager portal is used as usual by the Reader Manager administrator to authorize the keys to the technicians.
Reader Manager App Deprecation Notice:
A critical update is mandatory for continued operation of the Reader Manager App. Please notify all reader technicians as soon as possible. Starting 04/07/2025, all versions older than 1.23.0 will no longer function.
The following versions will continue to be supported:
• HID RM App 1.24.1
• HID RM App 1.24.0
• HID RM App 1.23.0

New Signo firmware version- Support firmware update to and configuration update for the latest HID Signo reader firmware (10.0.9.1)
New Signo Reader Models: Support configuration and firmware update for for HID Signo Decor, HID Signo PIV Contact readers.
Signo Express Reader Configuration: Enable OSDP communication protocol for this reader type.
Signo No BLE (FFB) Reader: Hide all BLE related configuration for these readers so infield BLE confiugration is disabled.
Resolution for:
• Anti-Passback issue due to switching Visual Tempate Media Refused sleep timer to 400ms from 200ms when chaing configuration from OSDP to Wiegand.
• Security issue in Signo Readers (Elite) with apply confiugration via NFC that was bypassing authentication.
• Update the DCID creation time to UTC in the backend to be aligned with all Tools.
